 Sometimes the shortsighted stock market serves up an investment opportunity that is so obvious it is hard to resist. This usually happens when there is a stock market panic and investors are fleeing any and all invetments, even the ones with great long-term economics working in their favor.  #3. AVOID BEING AN IDIOT 에서도 했던 이야기이지만 나는 지금(2018~2019)이 물고기를 잡기 좋은 때라 생각한다. 다만 지금 다시 물이 차오르는 느낌이라 이 좋은 시절이 끝나가는게 아닌가 싶어 아쉬울 뿐.
